‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Kailyn Lowry Responds to Ex Chris Lopez Saying He’s ‘Better Off Without’ Her

It looks like Kailyn, 27, and her third baby daddy are no longer on good terms. As fans know, there’s been no shortage of drama between the on-again, off-again couple.

Throwing Shade

On March 24, Chris vented his frustrations about his ex via Twitter, claiming he was “better off without that bitch” and “glad” they fell off. When Kailyn took to Instagram for a Q&A, one fan asked how she felt about his remarks.

Tension Brewing

“How he feels is none of my business,” the MTV alum wrote. Kailyn and Chris share one child together, a son named Lux.

Standing Still

Kailyn previously got emotional while opening up about her fizzled relationship on the March 18 episode of Teen Mom 2. The reality star said she wanted to build a life with Chris, but he wasn’t putting in the effort she needed.

Looking for More

“We have a one-year-old, there’s no reason why we need to be coparenting, but in a relationship, living separately, when we’ve been together on and off for three years,” Kailyn said.

Calling It Quits

“If we aren’t growing together, we need to just say bye,” she explained. Kailyn expressed how Chris was a great father to Lux, but she wanted to know where they stood as a couple.

Moving On

The mother-of-three said she needed to know his game plan — and if it didn’t involve her, then perhaps they should part ways. Kailyn admitted, “I think in time, within the next year, if we’re still doing this, I’m not going to do it anymore.”

Life Partner

Kailyn confessed that she does get “emotional and lonely,” but wouldn’t stay with Chris for those reasons. The A Letter of Love author updated fans after the episode aired and revealed, “Chris and I don’t speak at all and we communicate through his mom.”

Preparing for the Future

Even though things didn’t work out with Chris romantically, Kailyn hasn’t given up hope on finding her match. During her recent Q&A, the reality star said she does still see herself getting married.

As far as if she wants more kids, Kailyn said “definitely.” She also confirmed it’s her three children that motivate her the most.

Venting Her Frustrations

The reality star later took to Twitter on March 24 to slam MTV for their portrayal of her. “Y’all wanna talk about filming and s–t cause I’m so mad I could spill some tea,” she began.

Firing Back

“I have struggled, y’all have seen it. I haven’t always made good choices. But I’m getting my s–t together. Started my company. Own a house, building another,” Kailyn wrote.

Clearing the Air

“Talkin’ bout [sic] they want me to do a boudoir shoot as the season finale,” she added. “I’m only valued for getting f–king naked??????”

Her Side of the Story

“I don’t ever sit on my couch [and] talk about my baby dads as much as I do when MTV is asking,” Kailyn concluded. “I feel like that’s such a smack in the face.”
