‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Kailyn Lowry Slams MTV for Portraying Her as a ‘Bitter Baby Mama’

“Y’all wanna talk about filming and s–t cause I’m so mad I could spill some tea,” Kail tweeted, starting her rant.

“I have struggled, y’all have seen it. I haven’t always made good choices. But I’m getting my s–t together. Started my company. Own a house, building another,” she added.

“MTV calls me up to discuss season finale after not filming my house stuff or my surprise party they knew about for a month,” she explained.

“Talkin’ bout [sic] they want me to do a boudoir shoot as the season finale,” Kail wrote.

“Kiss my ass. All the s–t I’ve been through and been doing and taking my kids on spring break, building house or party … [and a] trip with @TM2LeahDawn isn’t good enough for my finale???” she asked.

“I’m only valued for getting f–king naked??????” she questioned.

When a fan chimed in and seemed confused about what was going on, Kail clarified.

“I did a boudoir [photoshoot] and posted them for my B-day on my own because I wanted to,” Kail explained. “Please tell me where the f–k another one would fit into my season. It has nothing to do with me, my kids or my company.”

“I don’t ever sit on my couch [and] talk about my baby dads as much as I do when MTV is asking. I feel like that’s such a smack in the face,” she complained.

“Drama sells but from what I see, the happy stories/TV personalities have a bigger following [and] more opportunity. Am I wrong?” Kail pointed out.

“At what point can I stop being portrayed as a bitter baby momma?” she asked.

Kail’s Teen Mom franchise costar, Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant‘s Ashley Jones retweeted Kail’s tweet about being portrayed as a bitter baby mama, seemingly hinting that she’s struggling with similar issues too on her own show.

“Guess I’m only worth a nude photo shoot when I don’t talk about them,” Kail responded to Ashley.

“I’m so hurt and frustrated. Like where TF did they think a nude photoshoot would be a good season finale for me? But not my party or house?” Kail added.

MTV did not immediately respond to In Touch‘s request for comment.

The current season of Teen Mom 2 documented Kail’s issues with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Chris Lopez, who is the father of her youngest son, Lux. The show also documented her coparenting issues with her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, who is the father of her oldest son, Isaac. There was also tension this season between Kail and her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, who is the father of her middle son, Lincoln.
