If only all exes got along as well as Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera! The Teen Mom 2 star attended the wedding of her son Isaac’s father on Sept. 23, and she had an incredibly sweet message for the bride, Vee Torres

“Y’all really want me to still be bitter about Jo & Vee,” Kail wrote on Twitter after the ceremony, where she also posed for a pic with her son and Jo. “We’ve come a long way since we were 18. I couldn’t ask for a better stepmom for Isaac. Literally cried tears of happiness for them last night. ? That’s fam.”

Though the tweet was nothing but good-natured and thoughtful, haters still found a way to complain. “I think it’s disrespectful to the new spouse to show up to your ex’s wedding,” said one. “You can call it good co-parenting all you want but it sends mixed messages to the children.” Of course, Kail immediately clapped back. “Vee and Jo invited me,” she said with a laughing emoji. Kail went a step further and proved that there’s no bad blood with Vee by posing for photos with the blushing bride on her Instagram Stories, and even dancing together. You can just tell that they’re good pals now.

What a great wedding 😊🖤

However, some fans were disappointed that Kail doesn’t have that great of a relationship with all of her baby daddies. “Why don’t you try with Javi?” asked one. “You are constantly putting him on blast.” Another fan was quick to come to her defense, saying, “Javi has proven to be manipulative. He’s a good dad to Lincoln but he’s not the best person in general.”

Javi aside, it’s clear that Kail is willing to put in the work to have a good relationship with her kids’ dads. On top of attending the wedding to support Jo and Vee, Kail recently hosted her son Lux’s first birthday party alongside her ex Chris Lopez. The pair seemed to get along great, and Chris has also gushed about her parenting skills on Instagram, so we’d say Kail is doing a pretty great job at this whole co-parenting thing.
