‘Teen Mom 2’ Stars Kail and Jo Are in a ‘Good’ Place Now After Child Support Battle

Kail opened up to In Touch and explained why she was so upset when she first found out that Jo was taking her to court.

“I was angry, partially at myself, because I didn’t drop it right away,” Kail exclusively told In Touch.

“But also because when I offered to pay him back the amount he’s paid in child support he agreed … but then never came back and said, ‘Here this is the amount I came up with $x,'” she continued.

“And then he never gave me a heads up that he filed for child support,” she explained.

“So I think I felt like he was sneaky about it,” Kail added.

“Things are good now, and truthfully, I credit Vee for that,” Kail revealed.

“If it wasn’t for her things would be a lot different,” Kail explained.

“I can’t speak for her but I know she saw both sides and ultimately wanted what’s best for Isaac and for all of our relationships, really,” Kail said.

“It’s hard to watch the show back right now because we feel like we need to defend ourselves but we are all good again,” Kail said, and explained that they were able to come to an agreement about the child support.

“I paid him back for the full year. Wrote him a check for whatever he paid while we have had 50/50. I paid it in full. Custody never changed,” she added.

Jo also confirmed that they were able to come to an agreement. “In the end, I asked for her to drop my child support payments and refund a portion of it as well as cover his health insurance from here on out,” Jo exclusively told In Touch about their arrangement.

“In exchange, she didn’t have to reveal her income or do child support calculations, she was relieved of any arrears she would have had to pay, and we all got to move on,” the father-of-two added.

Now Kail is doing better than ever, and her haircare line even was featured in Bhad Bhabie’s latest music video!

“I was excited that people recognized my products in her video. It’s exciting to see it get out there and people are really giving it a chance,” Kail said.

We’re glad Kail and Jo were able to work things out for Isaac’s sake!
