He’s getting honest. Pop star Justin Bieber hasn’t been feeling so well over the last couple of weeks. But on Saturday, March 9, the 25-year-old decided to open up with his fans about his mental health struggle and share an update on how he’s been doing.

“Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys,” the “Sorry” singer wrote in his caption on Instagram. “Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird … I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me. God is faithful and ur [sic] prayers really work thanks … the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on.”

Of course, fans flooded the comments with messages of love and support. “We love you, Justin,❤️ you got this just stay POSITIVE,” one fan wrote, while another commented, “You got this. Stay strong.”

Ever since last month, Justin has been “going to several doctors” because he was dealing with personal struggles, but that he was “not in rehab,” insiders revealed to Us Weekly. “He sees a therapist, but he’s not in a special center or anything. He doesn’t want to be dependent on medication. He struggles with ups and downs, anxiety, depression and uncertainty about the future.”

And the “What Do You Mean?” singer has support from those closest to him as well. Insiders exclusively revealed to In Touch that his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez even reached out to him to let him know she’s thinking of him. “She’s sent Justin very loving messages of support,” the insider revealed, and is “wishing Justin the best.”

Justin also has the support of his wife, Hailey Baldwin. Insiders told Us Weekly that the 22-year-old model “is not going to leave” him despite his struggles. “She’s been so supportive of him throughout this process,” the source said.
