Is this a good sign? Joe Giudice recently joined Instagram on Thursday, October 31, and shared photos of his time abroad in Italy — including a few snapshots with his wife Teresa Giudice’s father, Giacinto Gorga. “Always a full table,” the 47-year-old captioned a picture of his family and friends eating dinner in Sala Consilina, Italy, on Sunday, November 3. On Joe’s Instagram Story, he also uploaded a photo with Giacinto, where they held their drinks in the air. “#Salute,” Joe wrote, which translates to “cheers” in English.

Joe’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, reposted a picture of her father with some friends drinking. “Can’t wait to see you @joe.giudice,” she wrote along with a red heart emoji. In response, the businessman shared it on his Instagram Story, writing, “Can’t wait to see you, sweetheart,” with a red heart emoji.

The Bravo personality — who shares daughters Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, with his wife — seems to be adjusting to his life overseas just fine. Joe shared his recent adventures on his Instagram account — from dining with friends, to exploring the city, to going out on the town — for his fans to see. On October 11, Joe was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody and hopped on a plane to Italy while he awaits the verdict in his deportation case. For now, Joe is living in his grandmother’s home.

The Italy native completed a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud charges in March and was immediately transferred to ICE custody. Joe is not an American citizen, so a judge ordered for him to be deported to Italy, where he was born. Joe’s legal team filed an appeal on his behalf, but his bond request was denied. Ultimately, his request to be released from ICE custody was approved, and he immediately flew to Italy.

Even though Teresa, 47, and the girls are planning on making a trip to Italy very soon, it’s unclear if Joe and Teresa’s marriage will stand the test of time. “We’ve both two different people now,” the brunette beauty told Andy Cohen during their tell-all interview special, The Real Housewives of New Jersey Special Event: Joe and Teresa Unlocked on October 27. “I’ve been on my own for now for three years and seven months, and I don’t, you know, we’re both two different people now, and you know, and I don’t know. I’m not the same Teresa I was, and he’s not the same Joe. I do love him as a person. I don’t know I’m going to feel when I see him.”

Joe, for his part, echoed similar sentiments about the current situation with his wife. “If we stay together, we stay together,” he said. “If we don’t, we don’t. We’ll see. As long as she’s happy, that’s all that really matters. I’m not going to tell her what to do. If she doesn’t feel like she wants to be with me anymore, then that’s the thing to do.”

Well, if Joe was hanging out with Teresa’s dad that seems promising, right?
