Chef Jill Duggar is back at it again, this time with some seriously nauseating enchiladas. The former Counting On star has been #blessing us with her questionable-looking recipes these days, but this one really takes the cake.
“Some friends of ours brought us these many years ago when my mom had a new baby and my mom asked for the recipe since they were so delicious!” the mother-of-two wrote on Twitter. “These are easy to make when you’ve got a bunch of leftover rice and they are sure to be crowd-pleasing…” Honestly, if someone brought these things anywhere near my house, I’d never speak to them again.
Needless to say, fans were less than impressed. While some simply commented with green-faced emojis, others were shocked by the number of processed ingredients. “Just curious! Why so many cans when there is so much fresh food available in the summer?” one person asked. Another added, “Canned chicken?! Thanks but no thanks…”

Most recently, the 27-year-old tried passing off sauce and cheese on sliced bread as “pizza.” One fan questioned, “How is this a recipe?” while another chimed in, “Um, you should really stop with the cooking.”
Bizarrely enough, Derick Dillard’s “wifey” does have several participants willing to try her horrifying recipes. “I’m going to try these tonight, have a lot of homemade Spanish rice leftover,” one brave soul wrote on the enchilada post. Another agreed writing, “Just copied the recipe and will be making this in the next couple of weeks. Thanks.”
Welp, good luck! Because in the words of the Grinch: “I wouldn’t touch you with a thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole.” #SorryNotSorry!
