Jersey Shore’s Snooki, JWoww and Deena Shade Angelina in The Situation’s Birthday Speech
They’re still dealing with the fall out of their last speech, but Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Deena Cortese aren’t going to let that stop them from saying their piece. The Jersey Shore stars seemingly shaded frenemy Angelina Pivarnick as they paid tribute to Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino on his birthday. In a video shared to Instagram on Sunday, July 5, they stirred up some drama while being playful with their pal.
“Alright, we’re going to do a speech for Michael’s birthday,” Snooki, 32, said in the clip. “Mike, you are the smelly pickles under my bed.” Deena, 33, chimed in, “Mike, you’re the taxi cab when I thought I was going to Jenk’s but you sent me to f–king Manhattan.” JWoww, 34, and the other two women also jokingly referred to him as the “neck to their brace” and the “head to their wall,” referencing that time he sprained his neck by headbutting a wall while fighting with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro in Italy.
The toast was similar to the roast they gave Angelina, 34, on her wedding day. Fans watched on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation as the stars called the bride the “lice to their hair,” the “fly to their s–t” and the “dump to their island.” The speech didn’t exactly go over well with Angelina and husband Chris Larangeira’s guests — but, thankfully, nobody was booing this time around.
In fact, Mike, 38, didn’t seem to mind the rest of the crew laughing at his expense, especially once the Jersey Shore girls told him how much they love him and think of him as a brother. “I can’t imagine my life without you in it,” Deena told him. “We are so proud of you and the man that you have become,” Snooki agreed.
Who they’re not proud of, however, is Vinny Guadagnino. After they finished their speech, the women turned their sights on him and called him out for pretending to wear a mask for appearance’s sake. “He’s just putting on a f–king show,” Deena accused as JWoww clapped a hand over her mouth.
Fans weren’t laughing, though. In the comments of one of JWoww’s posts from the evening out, one commenter called out the crew for not being careful about their health or others’ amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Vinny [is] the only one [with] respect for others,” they wrote. “You would think being [that] some of [you] have kids at home [you] would protect them better.”
JWoww may have had a fun time roasting her friends, but she was ready to clap back when the spotlight turned to her. “We have all been tested and don’t see anyone who hasn’t been regularly tested,” she shot back. It’s also hard to eat and wear a mask. But glad you know all about us and think we would ever put anyone in jeopardy … especially our kids.”
It sounds like everyone took a turn in the hot seat during this night out.
