‘Jersey Shore’ Star JWoww Reunites With Ex-Boyfriend Zack Clayton Carpinello After Split
Reconciliation? Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley and her ex-boyfriend, Zack Clayton Carpinello, split earlier this week after Zack, 24, was caught flirting with her costar Angelina Pivarnick on camera. But it seems like they’re being civil for the sake of JWoww’s children because the former couple reunited for some fun family time at a theme park.
JWoww, 33, and Zack were spotted at the Field Station: Dinosaurs theme park in Leonia, New Jersey, on Saturday, October 12, an insider told Us Weekly. They were with JWoww’s daughter Meilani, 5, and son Greyson, 3, and JWoww’s father.
“They weren’t lovey dovey or touchy. They were more civil than acting like a couple, but he was affectionate and sweet with the kids,” the source told the outlet. “They made s’mores.”
Their outing came just one day after a source revealed to Us Weekly that JWoww and Zack had split after the drama that unfolded after this week’s episode of MTV’s Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. An insider said JWoww was the one who “ended the relationship.”
During the episode, which aired on Thursday, October 10, JWoww had drunkenly passed out at a club while she, Zack, and the rest of her castmates were out a club. While JWoww was asleep, Zack got very handsy and flirty with Angelina, 33, and asked her about her sex life. At one point during the night, JWoww’s costar Vinny Guadagnino claimed he thought he saw the pro wrestler grab Angelina’s butt.
After the episode aired, JWoww addressed Zack’s actions in a statement on Instagram. “After seeing tonight‘s episode I’m pretty hurt. I feel disrespected by someone I called a friend and by someone who stated they loved me. For five months I was kept in the dark about this. For five months I was naïve, probably left out and made into a storyline that will forever haunt me. My heart hurts on so many levels. One thing I learned from tonight‘s episode is no your value. Don’t ever lower your standards,” she wrote.
But on Friday, October 11, Zack released his own statement and publicly apologized to JWoww for his actions. “I made mistakes that I cannot take back, which I take full responsibility for,” Zack wrote. “Jenni does not deserve any damage from anybody else. This is on me. I sincerely apologize to Jenni. I apologize to Angelina as well. I love Jenni, with everything I have, I make this known to her every day. I will continue to do everything to make this known to her and her kids, who also have my heart. I will make it certain that nothing like this ever happens again, in any way regardless of the outcome.”
