Jeremy Roloff Gets Dad-Shamed For Tossing Baby Ember In The Air: ‘She’s Not A Circus Act’
The parenting police came out in full force after Jeremy Roloff shared a sweet photo tossing Ember in the air. The former Little People, Big World star — who decided to leave the show to pursue other opportunities — posted the pic on Sept. 30 and has been receiving backlash ever since. “Idiot. She’s not a circus act,” one person quipped. Another added, “Wow. Be careful throwing your kid like that.” A third even accused Audrey‘s husband of giving his daughter a brain injury. “Shaken baby syndrome,” they wrote. “This is not a good idea.”
Yet this isn’t the first time a member of the famous family was slammed for their parenting skills. Last year, Auj — who gave birth to Embs in Sept. 2017 — fell victim to mommy-shamers when she let her daughter wear brown tights. (No, we’re not kidding.)
“She’s cute but not a fan of the outfit. Creepy brown tights. Why not a colorful beautiful dress?!” one fan asked, slamming Ember’s ensemble, while another commented, “OMG what’s with the ugly brown leggings… You need to hang with other moms to see how they dress their kids.” Ugh.
Even Jer’s brother, Zach, was recently criticized for putting his son, Jackson, too close to the water. “Kind of too close to the water for that baby by himself,” someone said. A second chimed in, “I hope someone was closer by.” A third and fourth wrote, “All by his lonesome” and “Weird.”
Sigh. Everyone’s a critic! We’re sure they’re all doing a fantastic job raising their kiddos.
