Sister time! Joy-Anna Duggar shared a candid photo on Instagram of herself and her sister Jana Duggar enjoying some girl time on August 13. “She took me to lunch, nails, coffee and shopping!” the Counting On star captioned the shot. “Thank you, @janamduggar for spoiling me today! And thank you @annaduggar for keeping Gideon! #greattimegreattalks #iloveyou #shespoilsme.”

In the comments, the girls’ sister-in-law Anna Duggar — who apparently watched Joy’s son while the sisters went on their outing — wrote, “Y’all need to do this more often! Gideon is the happiest little boy ever! We had a great time with him! 💞” We can feel the love.

Joy’s post comes just weeks after the 21-year-old and her husband, Austin Forsyth, revealed their second pregnancy resulted in a heartbreaking miscarriage. They shared the devastating news with fans on Instagram on July 3 and wrote, “Today marks one week since we heard these words … ‘So this is your baby’s heart (pointing to the ultrasound screen). I don’t hear a heartbeat or see any movement.’ … We had gone in for our 20-week ultrasound and gender reveal. It was a baby girl. Although we don’t understand why, God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time.”

After the couple shared the news, Joy’s family and friends rallied around her. For instance, Jessa Seewald wrote in an Instagram comment, “@AustinandJoyforsyth our hearts are breaking over your loss. Such beautiful words you’ve written in your post. Annabell will forever be in our hearts. We love you all and are praying for God’s peace and comfort during this time.”

It looks like the 19 Kids and Counting alum can still count on her family to be there for her in the months following her loss. Jana was clearly more than happy to treat her little sister, and replied to her Instagram post, “Aww, Joy! You’re too kind. I love you so much! 😘❤️” We hope Joy feels comforted by her family and friends and is finding her way back to some semblance of normal these days.
