Jamie Foxx Wants Girlfriend Katie Holmes to Guest Star in His New TV Show (EXCLUSIVE)
He wanted to mix business with pleasure! Jamie Foxx is easing back into his role as executive producer with his new Showtime series White Famous — which is based on his life and career — and sources exclusively reveal to In Touch that he thought it would be a great idea to have his longtime love Katie Homes make a cameo in an upcoming episode.
The Oscar winner, 49, recently asked his girlfriend of four years “to guest-star on his new show, White Famous,” a source tells In Touch. The insider went on to explain that Jamie thinks Katie, 38, is a great actress, but Katie is just fine with keeping their love life and their careers separate.

“She’s flattered by Jamie’s offer but has declined for now. She wants White Famous to be Jamie’s project and fears that she’ll steal his thunder if she makes an appearance,” says the source, but that doesn’t mean that she’s not a fan. “Katie was laughing hysterically when she watched White Famous and thinks it’s a great show.”
Even though Katie turned down her boyfriend’s offer, that doesn’t mean she’s not taking any more acting work. The mom-of-one — she shares 11-year-old daughter Suri with her ex-husband, actor Tom Cruise — starred as Jackie Kennedy on the 2017 mini-TV series The Kennedys: Decline and Fall, and she just chopped off all of her hair for the upcoming film Doorman.
Katie and Jamie have been secretly dating for four years — just shortly after her 2012 divorce from Tom — and sources previously revealed to _In Touch* that the couple has been forced to keep their love under wraps because of legal reasons.
“Katie signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” the source explained. “She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter Suri.”
