Are Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus dating? The Teen Mom 2 stars have been fueling dating rumors for months and even though there was a little confusion as to whether they were really a couple or not, it looks like they can’t deny it anymore! Javi and Bri packed on the PDA in adorable matching couples’ outfits while they celebrated his 25th birthday early, cuddling up together at his party which took place on Saturday, Dec. 2 in Brooklyn.
Javi took to Instagram on Sunday, Dec. 3 to share a photo of him and his girl locked in a steamy kiss, and he captioned the shot, “King & Queen.” Bri also shared a handful of photos from the party and she simply captioned her post with a red heart.
Javi confirmed that he was in a long distance relationship with Bri back in October, but it seemed like Bri wasn’t ready to handle all of the drama and backlash that she got ever since they went public with their love. She even hinted that there might not be anything romantic going on after all.
After she deleted all of her photos from her Instagram page and removed all of her tweets from Twitter, the mom-of-two responded to a fan who criticized her for dating Javi. The fan told Bri that her relationship with Javi wouldn’t last and they should have just stayed friends, and Bri responded, “We are friends.”
Her tweet is extremely awkward since Javi suggested otherwise. Just a few days before she posted that tweet, Javi admitted that they are an item in an interview with People. “We are dating,” Javi said. “We’ve been friends for a while and we weren’t in a rush.”
After the news of their relationship was confirmed, it seemed like Bri was getting a ton of backlash on social media from Teen Mom 2 fans who didn’t approve of her relationship with Javi, and she even hinted that she was being shunned by her co-stars Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer. Before she wiped her social media profiles, she tweeted, “about to change my number and go ghost.”
But it looks like Javi and Bri are still going strong! In the weeks after they confirmed their relationship, the couple has been posting sefies together on social media and taking turns visiting each other in their respective states. Bri even flew to Delaware with her two daughters from previous relationships in order to attend the birthday party for Javi’s son Lincoln — whom he shares with his ex-wife Kailyn Lowry, who is also Javi and Bri’s Teen Mom 2 co-star.
Kail might be one of the reasons why Bri is denying her relationship with Javi and could explain why she wants to keep their relationship under wraps. Javi’s ex took to Twitter to share a cryptic tweet that was seemingly aimed Javi’s new girlfriend — who joined the show as a fifth cast member earlier this year — and she also blamed her for the declining ratings.

“LMAO don’t s–t where you eat,” Kail tweeted. When a fan defended Bri and said Kail and the other Teen Mom 2 should be grateful that she joined the cast in order to boost ratings, Kail responded, “Actually now that she’s on they went down LOL. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.”
Kail and Bri’s feud continued on Saturday, Dec. 3 after Bri shared the photos of her and Javi taken at his birthday party. Bri originally shared the photos with the caption “#iwon” and Kail took to Twitter to hit back with a petty response. “#iwon more time with my son,” she wrote.
