It's not easy cooking for 19 kids. Instead of cooking healthy meals from scratch, the Duggars mostly rely on boxed and canned food that can be cooked in bulk, like the infamous tater tot casserole. These recipes have zero vegetables in them but have tons of heavy cream, cream of whatever soups, cheese, and more cheese.
