Feel better, French Montana! The rapper (real name: Karim Kharbouch) revealed that he’s been in the hospital for almost a week after he was hospitalized for cardiovascular issues on November 21. “Six days in ICU,” the 35-year-old captioned a video from his hospital bed on Twitter on Monday, November 25. In the clip, French appears to have some IV drips in his arm as he is lying in bed and watching television. There was also a person in the corner of the room on a chair keeping him company, but it’s unclear who it is. Additionally, the dry erase board in the room read, “Monitor labs and manage pain,” but it’s unclear what the exact diagnosis is at this time.

Of course, fans couldn’t help but support the “Unforgettable” crooner in the comments section. One person wrote, “God damn it Frenchie … Get well my brother,” while another echoed, “Praying for you.” A third person chimed in, writing, “Sending you love and positive energy. Get well soon.”

Last week, the Morocco native got into an ambulance from his home in Calabasas, California, after he was experiencing stomach pains, nausea and a raised heart rate, E! News reported at the time.

French just returned from Morocco, Africa — where he was born — not too long ago. It seems like French went to visit some family as he posted several snaps with his loved ones. “Best birthday,” he wrote on Instagram at the time a few days after he turned 35 years old. “Saw my moms and pops in Africa!!!” In another picture, French wrote, “LIVE FROM AFRICA!! Mission impossible accomplished.”

French — who used to date Khloé Kardashian from 2013-2014 — is gearing up to release his third album called Montana in November. “You don’t have to change who you are. You can bring people into your own world!!” he captioned a photo of his album cover in September. “THIS IS MY ALBUM ARTWORK … NOVEMBER.”

However, due to French not feeling well, it’s unclear if the album will be released on time. French is also supposed to start touring on December 1 in Tampa, Florida, but for now, we will have to see if he reschedules everything.

We are wishing French a speedy recovery during this tough time!
