She’s always had a pretty impressive figure, but lately Farrah Abraham‘s bod has been seriously banging as she trained for her boxing match with Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander. And though the former Teen Mom OG star bailed on the fight, she’s kept up with her workout. Of course, she’s also kept up with her plastic surgery. Over the years, she’s gone under the knife and the needle for work on her lips, nose, boobs, chin, and butt. That’s not to mention all the other products she’s tried to stay simultaneously slim and curvy. Recently, though, she added another procedure to the long list — and filmed her own butt injections.

The star seems to have recorded the treatment during an Instagram live, which a Teen Mom fan account shared and posted on their own profile. In the clip, the professional handling the procedure gushes over the reality star’s backside, joking, “she’s been doing those squats,” but notes that there’s an area that “tends to go in on most people” where they’re going to add some filler. “It’s just maintaining everything that you’ve been working on,” Farrah tells her audience, with the pro adding, “It’s just encouraging your own body to build collagen there.”

Look, we get it. Farrah doesn’t have that MTV money coming in anymore, so her job now is basically to post Instagram ads for other companies. So we’re sure that she shared this video in exchange for a fat paycheck. And we’re also kind grateful that she’s so transparent about all the different cosmetic work that she has done. She didn’t just #wakeuplikethis, y’all — she literally paid professionals to help her achieve it all, and some of it with very little work. But still, did we need to see it?

At this point, TBH, we’ve just heard enough about Farrah’s butt and boobs and vaginal rejuvenation procedures. All the power to her to do everything she wants to her body and share it with her fans, but can we just, like, opt out? Although, hey, maybe we should be grateful that Farrah filmed it. After all, that means that her daughter, Sophia Abraham, wasn’t the one holding the camera during her butt injections. At least that’s something, right?
