A born athlete! Audrey Roloff took to Instagram on July 13 to gush about her baby girl Ember Roloff, who just competed in her very first track and field competition at only 22 months old.

“Ember’s first track meet🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️,” Audrey captioned the adorable video, which shows Ember running on a track beside a lot of much bigger kids. “CRUSHIN’ the 50-meter dash in the 2-3 age bracket (cause they didn’t have under 2🤣) Look at that form though🙌🏻💪🏻 Future 5ker right there just like her mama😜I think I’ve watched this 100 times already. #alwaysmore.” TBH, same!

Her form is definitely looking good, but her attention span could use a little help. Multiple times, Ember got distracted by her friends running nearby, or by her daddy Jeremy Roloff cheering her on from the sidelines. Eventually, mom Audrey took her hand to guide her the rest of the way, while her papa ran to the finish line to encourage her last few steps. That’s what we call teamwork!

If Ember gets her athletic skills from her mama, she definitely gets her love of vehicles, farm skills, and overalls from her dad. Just two days before her track meet, Jeremy kept Ember by his side while he completed some projects around the farm, one of which was starting to fix up an old motorcycle he has.

“Today was Dad and Ember project day,” he wrote. “(My favorite day) We dressed in our ovees and moseyed around @rolofffarms while we accomplished [various] tasks. I even showed her how to change a fuel pump, although I don’t think she retained it. This farm girl has my heart.” The whole family celebrated on July 14 by heading to the farm to pick some blueberries, although it looks like Ember got more in her mouth than in her bucket! We can’t wait to see more from this tiny future Olympian!
