Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s ninth child, 18-year-old daughter Joy-Anna, made her way around the Harps food store near the family’s Springdale, Ark., compound, accompanied by her party-planner pal Sierra Jo Dominguez — and a posse of cameramen.
“A camera crew was with them when they arrived in the parking lot, and another cameraman was waiting for them inside the supermarket,” an eyewitness reveals. “They were shopping for supplies for a party Sierra was organizing. The film crew included one of the people who used to film for 19 Kids and Counting.”
Jim Bob and Michelle have been laying the groundwork for the family’s reality TV return by shifting the focus on their children, starting with daughters Jill and Jessa. In December, TLC aired a special that spotlighted the new moms and their husbands as well as some of their younger siblings. Jim Bob and Michelle “are smart enough to know that the only way they could win back support was through their children,” an insider explains.
Ever since TLC took 19 Kids and Counting off the air, the Duggars have wanted to get back on, says the insider. “Now it finally looks like they’re getting their way.”
When asked if Jim Bob and Michelle are returning to TLC, a rep for the family said, "We have no statement at this time."
