Sorry, but the Duggar Kids Are Just Not That Well-Behaved

Ever since making their TV debut, the Duggars have branded themselves as the perfect family. Despite having 19 children, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have maintained that their kids are impeccably well-behaved. Michelle never raises her voice and instead reprimands her kids in a gentle but firm tone. Viewers have been surprised by this for years. How can a mother raise all 19 kids and have them be perfectly behaved, too? Of course, today, many fans know the real truth about the family.

For one, Michelle relies on her five oldest daughters to take care of most of the children. Secondly, the Duggars also support the controversial "Pearl method," which many critics have straight-up called child abuse. But even despite their many questionable parenting methods, the Duggar kids still just aren't that well-behaved. The youngest ones are always running around, screaming, and climbing on things while Michelle unsuccessfully tries to reel them in. When the family visited Biltmore Estates, employees who worked there commented that the family was "rude," "uneducated," and "pains in the rear from oldest to youngest." Ouch!

We understand that kids are naturally energetic and rambunctious, and it wouldn't be natural to expect them to be on their best behavior all the time, but considering the Duggars love touting their parenting methods as being superior to others, it's clear that what they're preaching is the opposite of what has been portrayed on their shows. Below, all the times their kids were on their worst behavior.
