This is terrifying.
Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dina Manzo and her boyfriend David Cantin have been hospitalized after they were beaten and bound during a violent home invasion and robbery at their New Jersey townhouse, their attorney has confirmed.

“Dina and David are obviously shaken up from their traumatic and violent home invasion and robbery,” their attorney, Andrew B. Brettler, told People.
According to authorities, the reality TV alum and her boyfriend returned home on Saturday night around 11 to find the assailants in their home. Shortly thereafter, one of the intruders beat David with a baseball bat “repeatedly” while Dina was punched “several times.”

The thieves then tied up the couple before making off with several personal belongings, including jewelry and cash.
Fortunately, David was able to break free and call the police. They were then taken to the hospital, where Dina was treated for facial injuries and David was helped with “significant” injuries to his face including a broken nose.
“No one should ever have to go through what they did,” their lawyer said in a statement. “They are grateful to law enforcement and the other emergency responders and appreciate everyone’s concern and well wishes.”
So far, neither Dina nor David have spoken out about the robbery.
Earlier in the night, the couple was out celebrating the first communion of Dina’s goddaughter, her Real Housewives co-star Teresa Giudice’s youngest daughter, Audriana, and the pair appeared to be in good spirits.
“Celebrating my Audriana’s 1st communion,” Dina captioned a pic of the pair with the smiley seven-year-old.
Anyone with any information on this horrific attack is being asked to call Detective Eric Hernando of the Holmdel Township Police Department at 732-946-2820.
Our thoughts are with Dina and David during this emotional time.
