‘OutDaughtered’ Star Danielle Busby Recalls Struggle to Get Pregnant in Inspirational Message
She’s sharing a word of encouragement. OutDaughtered star Danielle Busby opened up about her struggle to get pregnant in a heartfelt new message shared to her Instagram page on Wednesday, October 2. The TLC alum admitted that she felt so many emotions while trying to conceive with her husband, Adam Busby, and it was an extremely difficult experience to go through.
“One of my favorite pictures! Our first photoshoot with all six of our girlies 💕 This photo reminds me daily to never give up HOPE,” the reality star, 35, began her caption. “For the days when I was so lost and in pain of not being able to have children … to know a house full of six girls. I could have never imagined this life. It’s hard but so rewarding!”
As fans may recall, Danielle and Adam, 37, tried to start a family shortly after they got married in 2006. She documented their journey to parenthood on her blog and even kept it real during their tough times. Danielle previously admitted that she tried to get pregnant for six months before reaching out to medical professionals for help.
After being unsuccessful, they turned to intrauterine insemination (IUI) and on their sixth round, the couple discovered she was expecting their first child.
After welcoming their baby girl, Blayke, both Adam and Danielle were ready to expand their brood again. This time, she started taking a prescription called Femara and later discovered some groundbreaking news: she was pregnant with quintuplets.
While taking to Instagram, Danielle made sure to show support to the women following her who also are dreaming of the day they become mothers. “To those of you who may be struggle to have children, don’t give up HOPE,” she wrote. “There is a time your time will come. it may look different than what you ‘imagine’ but God is in control and He will bless those who are faithful.”
Now, Danielle has adjusted to life as a mom of six and she recently shared an update with In Touch exclusively about how Blayke is helping her siblings get ready for school. “Blayke is just the best big sister,” the OutDaughtered star said. “She is always helping the quints and trying to teach them what she knows, but in such a sweet and gentle way.”
