Rapper Daz Dillinger issued a “Crip Alert” for Kanye West after the hip-hop star publicly supported President Donald Trump. Now, his wife Kim Kardashian, who was infamously robbed at gunpoint in 2016, is worried her family will be hurt because of Kanye’s recent Twitter rant.

“Kim doesn’t want Kanye out in public with the children. She fears for his and her kids safety,” a source told In Touch exclusively. “She’s put her foot down demanding he knock off his foolishness and not take the kids out in public until this dies down. Kim’s over it and wishes Kanye would stop drawing so much unwanted and unnecessary attention to himself and their family.”

However, the Yeezy designer isn’t too concerned about the threats. “Kanye’s telling her he’s not scared [of the negative backlash],” the insider added. “He’s saying law enforcement and the President Trump has his back.”

In a video posted to Instagram, Daz, who is related to fellow rapper Snoop Dogg, urged members of the notorious street gang to go after Kanye. “Yo national alert, all the Crips out there, y’all f–k Kanye up,” he said in the since-deleted clip. “Better not ever see you in concert. Better not ever see you around the LBC. Better not ever see you around California.”

According to TMZ, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. is currently looking into the video and investigating whether Daz’s threats are a “prosecutable crime.” Musician Eric Benet also spoke to the outlet, and warned Kanye to keep a low-profile. “Calabasas is as safe as anywhere … I pray for his safety,” he said before asking, “Is there enough security anywhere for the Crips?” Even 50 Cent was surprised by the threat, commenting, “What the f–k is going on? Daz told the Crips to f–k Kanye up… Crips Vs Kardashians…get the strap.”

So, what did Kanye say to trigger a death threat? In a string of tweets, Kanye defended Trump, even calling the POTUS his brother at one point. “You don’t have to agree with Trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone,” he wrote. “I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought.”

Another source revealed exclusively to In Touch that Kanye wants Trump to be daughter Chicago’s godfather — something Kim is also adamantly against. “She despises Trump and doesn’t like what he stands for and is telling Kanye that he needs to choose somebody else. Kanye’s adamant that he wants to ask Trump and it’s resulted in them having a huge blowout argument,” the insider explained. “Trump is a huge no no for Kim but Kanye’s really a huge fan and supporter of his and that’s a bone of contention in their marriage.”
