For Courtney Stodden, it looks like R&R comes in a very specific form: pole dancing! The 23-year-old took to Instagram to share a video of herself swinging around a pole in her home, and in the caption, she revealed it’s beneficial to her mental health.

“Spinning my way into a healthy mind #fitness #poledance,” she wrote. Fans offered their support in the comments section. “Omg you’re so good! You should post more dancing videos, you look like you’re in your element,” one follower wrote. Another added, “Omg [I’m] so glad you are better my muse.”

The more light-hearted clip comes a little over a week after Court posted a video begging her estranged husband to take her back. She famously married Doug Hutchinson when she was just a teen, but after six years of marriage, they’ve split.

“So, obviously, I’ve been crying again. And I just wanna be honest with you guys about some things. Me and my husband have been going through a really rough time — separation and ultimately divorce here, coming up in a week,” she said through tears. “And I, like, at the last minute realize that I don’t want it. And I wanna try to make things work.”

Before the new year, Courtney opened up to In Touch exclusively about her battle with depression. “I feel alone and super vulnerable in my struggles. The bottom line is I don’t want to feel alone,” she said. “Lots of people deal with depression and experience a feeling of loneliness. I’m slowly starting to realize this fact. And so being in my position, I decided to use my social channels as a means to connect with other people that are going through the same journey as I am and maybe offer some solace. At the same time, I think it’s also a bit selfish in that I find comfort in knowing that others face the same emotional hurdles as I do. And ultimately this helps me feel not so alone.” Well, Courtney, we hope you find happiness soon!
