Chrishell Stause Slams Christine Quinn After She Called Her a ‘Victim’ Amid Justin Hartley Split

Girl, please! Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause clapped back at costar Christine Quinn after the 31-year-old accused the soap opera star, 39, of playing the “victim” following her split from Justin Hartley.

“She’s kind of had and always has had this kind of victim mentality. She’s always the victim of something,” the blonde beauty told host Amanda Hirsh on the Tuesday, August 18, episode of her podcast “Not Skinny But Not Fat” from Dear Media.

Noticing her frenemy’s remarks, Chrishell posted a screenshot of the quote on her Instagram Story later that day. “Not a victim, never have been. I am a victor of many things and thriving,” she wrote on the image. “I can’t wait for you to get there so you can stop with this nonsense.”

While the real estate agents’ tumultuous relationship has been an ongoing storyline on their hit Netflix show, their feud was reignited after Christine spoke about Chrishell’s breakup in July. “We all just thought maybe they were having communication problems for a while,” Christine told Page 6 about Chrishell and Justin’s relationship. “We heard that they were in therapy, so obviously there were some issues going on with them.”

Following Christine’s interview, Chrishell took to Twitter to speak her truth. “I just learned Christine is giving press ‘information’ about my divorce. Let me be VERY clear. She knows absolutely nothing about the situation and is obviously desperate to gain attention by doing so. Anything from her is either a complete lie or total conjecture on her part.”

During the podcast, Christine made it clear her words were not intended to be shady and she was merely answering questions “in a very nice respectful way.” Christine went on to accuse Chrishell of attempting to control her narrative, stating, “She’s trying to, you know, have this portrayal of Justin Hartley being such a bad guy and just walking out on her.”

“I’ve met him and he was nice to me and that’s what the interviewer asked me and that’s what I was going off of,” she continued to explain. “I thought maybe she got mad that I was saying he’s a nice guy.”

The This Is Us star filed for divorce from the actress in November 2019 after two years of marriage and six years as a couple. In season 2 of Selling Sunset, Chrishell claimed she was blindsided by their breakup.

It seems like Chrishell and Christine’s beef isn’t being squashed anytime soon.
