Leaning on her faith. Britney Spears posted an uplifting note on her Instagram page on Tuesday, September 17 — the same day that the pop star’s father, Jamie Spears, was cleared of any wrongdoing after Kevin Federline accused him of child abuse.

“Absolutely love this book,” the 37-year-old captioned the social media post, referring to Nicole Crank’s 2017 book called Hi God (It’s Me Again): What to Pray When You Don’t Know What to Say.

Of course, fans loved seeing that the blonde beauty is staying positive amid her family drama. One person wrote, “You are a total sweetheart! I’m so glad you are having time off. I don’t know how you did it, worked so hard in Vegas, etc. I love your posts. They are always upbeat! Keep doing you because it looks good on you!!!” while another echoed, “I love this! Looks like my next book purchase! Prayers for you, B. Love you.” A third person chimed in, writing, “Everything is gonna be OK, fairy! Don’t lose your faith.”

Earlier that day, the District Attorney made the announcement that no criminal charges would be filed against Jamie. “The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office investigated allegations involving child abuse by Mr. Spears,” the statement read. “After reviewing the evidence, there is insufficient proof that a criminal offense was committed by Mr. Spears.”

After an alleged altercation occurred between Jamie and Brit’s son Sean Preston, Kevin, 41, filed the paperwork and was later granted a restraining order against Britney’s 67-year-old father. Per the restraining order, Jamie cannot come near Sean, 14, or his brother, Jayden James, 13, for three years. After the incident, the “Toxic” crooner took her kiddos away from Jamie’s home in Thousand Oaks, California, and brought them back to Kevin.

In early September, Jamie — who has been Britney’s conservator since 2008 — stepped down due to “personal health” reasons, so, Brit was recently appointed a temporary new conservator. In the meantime, Jodi Montgomery, her care manager, has taken over and will do so until January 20, 2020, according to court documents obtained by In Touch.

Kevin and Britney — who share their two sons — changed their custody agreement, so now Kevin will have the kids for 70 percent of the time while 30 percent of the time she will get unsupervised custodial rights.

However, it seems like things are looking up for the singer and her family. On September 13, the mom of two gave a sweet shout-out to her sons on Instagram in honor of their birthdays. “Oh, how they’ve grown. Mamma loves you guys very, very much!!!! May you get all your birthday wishes and more,” she captioned an old photo of the three of them together at the beach.

We wish Brit nothing but the best!
