What Has ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Briana DeJesus Had Done by Dr. Miami? Let’s Revisit Her Plastic Surgeries
She’s a whole new woman! It’s been more than a year since Teen Mom 2 star Briana DeJesus got a head-to-toe mommy makeover from renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami.
While she looks great, fans are often left wondering what exactly Briana, 23, had done when she underwent multiple surgeries in January 2016. According to Dr. Miami — who stars on his eponymous WE tv reality show — the 16 and Pregnant alum got a boob job, a butt lift, and labiaplasty all “done at the same time.”

“It is really one long operation. She was in a lot of pain and it takes about two weeks to recover. I gave Briana a whole new body,” Dr. Miami told Radar Online in May. “Everything from the neck down is different and, in my practice, it is common to get this all done at once.”
According to the surgeon, the young mom-of-two — who shares daughter Nova, 5, with ex Devoin Austin, and just welcome her second child, a baby girl named Stella, with on-and-off beau Luis on July 2 — specifically got labiaplasty because she wanted to feel “comfortable” during sex.

“In Briana’s case, it was after she had [her first] baby. I do not know whether it came from the baby, or if she was just genetically born like that,” Dr. Miami said after working on her. “But we trim the extra lady bits and make it neat and tucked.”

The doctor also noted that Briana was more than satisfied with her results. “And yes, she was very happy with the outcome,” he said, adding that the scar from labiaplasty “heals really nicely and it just blends very well.”
After giving birth to baby No. 2, it seems as though the MTV starlet is ready to go under the knife yet again. “Waiting for January to come around so I can go see my fav doctor @TheRealDrMiami,” she tweeted on Tuesday, July 18.
