Laughter is the best medicine! Beth Chapman appeared to be in great spirits while celebrating Mother’s Day with her loved ones. The reality star shared a new photo on May 14, posing alongside her husband Duane Chapman’s son Leland and she raved over what an amazing time they had.

“This guy had my laughing all weekend what a joy to be around thank you god for blessing me with such a kind young man #mothersday @lelandbchapman thank you for coming,” Beth, 51, captioned the new snap. The Dog’s Most Wanted star, 66, wrote, “We had an amazing Mother’s Day thank you to my son @lelandbchapman and @jamiepchapman for making the journey to be with us on mother’s day. It meant so much @garrychapman and @bonniejoc and @cecilybeezee you kids never let dad down we love you guys wishes you’d have been here. Mom did great.” Over the weekend, Beth spoke in front of the congregation and shared a message of hope for others going through tough times.

“This is the ultimate test of faith,” Beth said about her cancer battle. “It is the evidence of things hoped for, and it is the substance of things not known,” the star added, before alluding to how she’s not doing chemotherapy at this time. As fans may recall, Beth reportedly started chemotherapy in December, after it spread to her throat and lungs. However, Duane later revealed they are no longer resorting to “conventional treatments,” as he explained they “don’t work.”

Beth and Duane tied the knot in 2006 and they’ve spent several years in wedded bliss. Despite everything that’s transpired in recent months, Beth is managing to stay positive and Duane even praised his wife for keeping her sense of humor amid these hardships. Beth has inspired fans everywhere with her strength and bravery and even now, she’s still catching felons!
