Living as a plural family definitely comes with its fair share of drama! TLC's new reality TV series Seeking Sister Wife is shedding light on polygamy by documenting the lives of three families who are looking to add or have recently added another wife to their family. The Briney family is part of the cast this season, and they are definitely experiencing some growing pains after they just moved their entire family under one roof.

Drew Briney said that there's always been tension between his first wife April and second wife Auralee, but he thought that their dynamic would change by adding a third wife. “I was hoping that adding Angela to the mix would bring some balance and help everybody to get along better," but right now things are not looking so bright," he revealed.

There's some new drama between Auralee and April over some new mattresses. After the move, Auralee’s boys needed new mattresses and Drew offered to buy them. But Auralee felt that April stepped in and asked Drew to buy the mattresses for her own boys so that she could give Auralee the used ones and Drew called a meeting with all three of his wives to squash their beef.

“Living life in a plural family can be quite stressful,” Drew said. “There are constantly new dramas. Before it’s ‘who gets which room,’ and now it’s, 'who gets new mattresses.'” “If things get rough I can be the person to just make a decision and everybody has to live with it but I prefer not to do that. They need to learn to get along, they need to learn to communicate.”

April defended herself and said all she was trying to do was point out the fact that her sons had extra mattresses that Auralee’s sons could use, but Auralee wasn’t having it, and Angela was on Auralee’s side. Angela said it seemed like April only wanted her kids to have new, nice things instead of her sister wives’ children.

But some fans were upset at Auralee and felt that she was the troublemaker, not April. "Auralee has a speech impediment. Not a lisp. She’s so dramatic. Playing the victim," one fan tweeted. We're gonna have to keep tuning in to find out how this drama plays out!
