Happy five months, little Ember! Little People, Big World star Audrey Roloff is totally loving every second of mom life and she’s been sharing details about her journey into motherhood with regular updates on Instagram. On Saturday, Feb. 10, Audrey took to her page to gush over all of the amazing milestones that her daughter has reached as she turns five months old.

“She exudes joy and makes our eyes twinkle,” the proud mama wrote. “This month we switched her to the crib, and we started to establish a bedtime routine. Each night we read her a book (our favorite so far is Night Night, Train) put on her rain noise machine, and put her down by 7:30. She still loves the bath, playing with her feet, and is now sleeping 10 hour stretches (last night she slept 12)!”

5 MONTHS OLD! She exudes joy and makes our eyes twinkle. This month we switched her to the crib, and we started to establish a bedtime routine. Each night we read her a book (our favorite so far is Night Night Train) put on her rain noise machine, and put her down by 7:30. She still loves the bath, playing with her feet, and is now sleeping 10 hour stretches (last night she slept 12😭🙌🏻)! She learned to roll over from her back to her belly, and prefers sleeping on her squishy tum tum. Her curiosity has made her a very distracted eater lately, but she is still packing on the lbs like it's some kind of contest. She just started to take an interest in Pine the kitty.. uh oh. Her dimples will put a dent in your heart and we just love her baby giggles. We love you more and more each day Ember Jean, our little Valentine. #emberjean

So sweet! Audrey has been open every moment of her transition into motherhood, even with intimate things like breastfeeding, which has been a struggle for her. But not, the mama is a pro and she gave some words of hope for other moms who are going through the same thing.

“Just a little encouragement for anyone struggling on their breastfeeding journey,” Auj wrote on her Instagram story. “I was only able to pump MAYBE one ounce the first two months after having Ember. I fed 15 hours of my day and it hurt and was so hard. But here we are at five months pumping eight ounces like it’s nothin [sic].”
