Fernanda and Jonathan seem like the hottest new couple on 90 Day Fiancé, but they also seems prone to plenty of drama. The age difference, the distance, the money factors — they’re all potentially explosive issues. But it seems like it was love (or at least lust) at first sight for this pair. Jonathan and Fernanda first met in a club.

While on vacation with his best friend in Mexico, Jonathan was checking out the night scene — and when he spotted Fernanda as she walked in, he was pretty much done for. They danced for more than an hour, and then talked for the rest of the night.

Because of her, he extended his trip for another three days.

And during those three days, he realized she brings out the best in him.

Fernanda is from Mexico, but Jonathan is from North Carolina.

The 32-year-old has established himself in real estate in his area, but his 19-year-old fiancée is just starting her adult life.

But just because she’s younger, it doesn’t mean she’s a pushover.

The 32-year-old described his lady as a “fiery Latina” who’s not like other women he’s dated before. Instead, she’ll stand up for herself and won’t let anybody push her around.

While in their home countries, the couple kept in touch.

And three months after they met, Jonathan proposed. It was a surprise to him and his friends and family, especially since he’d hid their relationship at first because of the huge age gap.

And yeah, that 12-13 year age gap might cause issues.

Apparently, Fernanda likes to joke that her fiancé is robbing her of her youth, especially because he spent his younger years partying and having fun as a single 20-something. The 32-year-old worries that his bride is young and may want to explore that part of her life — but she’s also skeptical about whether he’s ready to leave his playboy past behind.

Her family being so far away is bound to be an issue, too.

Though Fernanda seems eager to move to the states and start her life with Jonathan, it’s not easy to leave behind everyone she knows. And pretty much everything she knows, too — the 19-year-old has never even left her home country.

But, of course, there are also the classic money concerns.

Jonathan’s friends and family worry that his fiancée is just using him — and he’s definitely been spending plenty of money on her. He’s helped his lady register for college, he sends her money every couple of weeks, he paid for her apartment, a car that she can drive once she moves to the States, and he even bought her a boob job.

But is the couple still together?

Their social media accounts are chock-full of pictures together, so despite all the odds and factors working against them, it seems like yes.

There are tons of pictures from when they were engaged.

Including this love note that Fernanda wrote for Jonathan while she was staying with him in the States.

In September, the couple visited Chicago.

And we know it was really in Chicago because they went to escape Hurricane Florence — which suggests they’re probably already married and living together. While in the city, the 32-year-old captioned a pic, “With my ride or die Chic, doing ride or die s*** in Chicago.”

And they’ve gone on other trips, too.

Other couples may avoid posting pics together because of #spoilers, but this pair DGAF. “Something tells me I’m going to love him forever,” the 19-year-old captioned this pic from a trip to LA, also in September.

The best proof, though, is that Jonathan brought Fernanda to his brother’s wedding.

He even took a picture of her with his family — so you know it’s real.

Jonathan Wears A Wedding Ring With Fernanda

Oh, yeah. And there’s the fact that Jonathan is wearing a wedding ring.

The internet may not have been able to dig up a marriage license for these two (or at least not yet), but that ring on his finger speaks for itself. The couple may have had plenty of bumps along the way, but it looks like they’re ready to go the long haul.
