Pregnant ’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Paola Mayfield Has The Most Epic Response To Body Shamers
She’s always been comfortable showing off her body, but ever since she got pregnant, 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield has taken things to the next level. Earlier in December, the reality personality showed off her body transformation, explaining that she was “carrying this weight with pride.” That didn’t stop the body shamers from popping up in her comments, though. Luckily, she’s got a message for them — and the way she shared it was pretty epic.
After haters kept criticizing her weight — despite the fact that she’s gaining weight because she’s pregnant with a “little miracle” — Paola decided to respond in her own way. So she filled her bathtub with macaroni and cheese, popcorn, fries, and other goodies, and climbed right in. “When people call me fat and here I am wondering why?” she joked in the caption of the photo. “I know I’ve been so good with my diet.” She also added the hashtags #bigbelly, #tryharder, #mockingmytrolls, and #hatersgonnahate.
The whole thing was seriously incredible — and her fans loved it. “When people call you fat while you’re pregnant, eat them too. 😂😂😂 You look great!!! 😘” wrote one commenter, with another responding, “Yasss Girl ❤️ a little louder for the haters in the back 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.” Her followers thought she looked great and that the whole thing was hilarious. But, of course, people found a way to hate on this, too.
“Wow, what a waste of food just for a photo,” another commenter wrote. “I’ve always loved you since I started watching, but I think this is really sad when there are people who don’t have food. You’re sitting in it in your bathtub and basically just throwing it away.” Someone else had a different complaint: “Have you worn any clothes through your entire pregnancy?” They’d better watch their backs, though — Paola is clearly coming for the haters, and she’s having plenty of fun while she does it.
