Despite the fact that her tribe voted to send her home, the very second Survivor: Tocantins began, Sierra Reed managed to stay in the game for 30 days. "I don't think it was pure luck," Sierra tells In Touch. "I feel like I worked hard for it. And I feel blessed to have been able to experience a month out there," she adds. And while she admits she'd do it all again, Sierra doesn't miss starving. "I had dreams about Reese's Pieces," she laughs. "The hunger drove me crazy - like nuts!"

What was your first impression of Brazil?
Sierra: I couldn't believe it was a desert. I wanted coconuts and bananas. Where's the beach? I mean come on, I wanted blue water but there was none of that.
You were sick when you got to Brazil, when, if at all did you start to feel better?
Sierra: After about four days I started to feel better. It was really bad especially trying to sleep. I had to spit instead of swallow since my tonsils were so swollen. But what it did was actually suppress the hunger since none of us ate for the first three days. We didn't have food or any fire to make anything.
As a member of the jury, what are you paying special attention to?
Sierra: I'm paying a large amount of attention to the fact that they promised to get out Coach and Debbie for me. I'll focus on who's left after that.
Who do you think deserves to win?
Sierra: Stephen or JT. My opinion would have totally been different if I hadn't been watching. I really thought that Stephen was a meek person, who wasn't really playing the game at all. And he was really bad at challenges. But, now that I watch the show, I understand that he is a sheer mastermind and I have to commend him a little bit for it.
What was the hardest part about Survivor?
Sierra: Running on complete starvation. I was just so hungry. I don't even really eat that much but the hunger was crazy. I had dreams about Reese Pieces! The hunger drove me crazy, like nuts. Starvation is indescribable. The pain hurt. It's just weird.
Did you lose any weight?
Sierra: Yes, about 15 pounds. I was around 100 when I was eliminated.
What was your first meal when you could eat again?
Sierra: Many jars of peanut butter. I ate about seven jars of peanut butter in three days. I gained that weight right back!
