He is no stranger to health problems, but on Tuesday night's episode of Little People, Big World, star Zach Roloff was in for quite a scare.

Zach and his wife, Tori Roloff, have been dealing with a lot given she is still pregnant during the episode, and we recently saw them say goodbye to their beloved dog, Sully — but the reality star feared he would have to go in for major surgery thanks to his frequent suffering of headaches and vomiting.

“I don’t really talk about it because there’s already so much happening. Something’s wrong, here. I don’t know what it is, but it’s something. It’s like I’m on my deathbed!” he said.

His mother, Amy, thought it might have something to do with the shunt that was implanted when he was a baby. According to Healthline, a shunt is "a medical device that relieves pressure on the brain caused by fluid accumulation."

“If the shunt fails, it can be life-threatening,” she explained.

Zach's father, Matt Roloff, also expressed his concerns by saying, “You’ve got to get this solved now!”

Since then, Zach and Tori have become first-time parents to a baby boy named Jackson — who was born with achondroplasia, the same form of dwarfism Zach has.

"We hope to just give him a happy, healthy life and support him in every way. Hopefully, he gets to experience as much of the world as Tori and I have been able to — and hopefully even more!" he said of the situation. "He may have to take two steps for everyone else's one step, but hopefully we'll raise him in a way where that won't stop him."
