The 2019 Wellness Your Way Festival Continues! Check Out All of the Excitement From Day 2

Jewel, the WWYF cofounder, signed books for festival attendees.

Plenty of fans came out to see the popular singer-songwriter, actress and of course, author of novels like A Night Without Armor and Chasing Down the Dawn.

Jewel also sat down with Colleen Lindholz, Katrina Scott, Shanicia Boswell and Rachel Platten at the Johnson & Johnson stage for the “Modern Mom” panel moderated by Sara Blanchard.

Collen is the CEO of Kroger Health, Katrina is the cofounder of Tone It Up, Shanicia runs Black Moms Blog and Rachel Platten is a singer-songwriter.

All of these women are strong, dynamic parents who had a lot of tips, tricks and advice to offer fellow working women.

Beyond speaking at the “Modern Mom” panel, Katrina ran a segment of her own! 

Along with Tone It Up cofounder, Karena Dawn, the pair lead a total body workout at the Performance Kitchen by LUVO stage.

All of the attendees had the pleasure of sweating it out with some of the best in the business.

Of course, the Tone It Up ladies couldn’t help but gush over their killer exercise class on social media. 

“This weekend was a dream” the fitness duo wrote on Instagram.

Based on these fun-filled photos, the workout session was equal parts fun and intense!

It’s clear that Katrina and Karena have found their true calling — separately and as a team.

Karena looked so confident leading the exercises! Even with the big screen in the background.

It’s not every day you see someone smiling as big as Katrina while working out, right?

Tired, sweaty and proud was the general mood following the exercise panel!

Speaking of proud, fitness trainer Jennifer Widerstrom spent some time with Denver’s Fire Department at the Laura’s Lean lounge.

Given her popularity, Jennifer also had a meet and greet in the lounge.

In addition to being a personal trainer, Jennifer was also featured on the hit reality TV series The Biggest Loser. 

Circling back to Jewel, she also made sure to stop by Laura’s Lean Beef lounge, along with Colleen.

The ladies were kind enough to mingle with people working the event.

Jewel also stopped by the adorable Hallmark booth.

At the Hallmark booth, festival-goers could select, write and send out a card to a loved one of their choosing.

Following the Hallmark booth, Jewel made sure to check out American Media Inc.’s booth.

Colleen and Jewel made sure to give the Denver firefighters a visit, too!

They even took Da Rulk’s First Responders Drills Course.

If Jewel can complete the course, you can, too!

Following Da Rulk, Jewel headed to Performance Kitchen by LUVO’s booth.

At the Performance Kitchen by LUVO stage, celebrity trainer Don-A-Matrix challenged attendees with a resistance band workout.

Despite the intensity of the exercises, the class was jam-packed.

KaisaFit and Ron “Boss” Everline also ran a workout session.

The seasoned pair definitely knew how to amp up the participants.

KaisaFit was all smiles as she got the crowd going.

Speaking of getting the crowd going, here’s Josie Dunne on stage at the Ellie Caulkings Opera House.

The singer was in her element while entertaining the large audience.

Fellow artist Rachel Platten also joined her on stage.

As mentioned earlier, Rachel spoke at the “Modern Mom” panel and clearly, she’s just that!

From dishing out advice on stage to rocking out — Rachel can do it all.

Unsurprisingly, Jewel also gave a performance.

No matter how many years have gone by, Jewel still knows how to work a stage!
