‘Little People, Big World’ Star Tori Roloff Shares an Update on Baby Jackson on His Birthday
Happy birthday, baby J! It's hard to believe that Little People, Big World stars Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff's son Jackson is already one year old, and fans have been lucky enough to follow his growth on social media thanks to regular monthly updates from his mama. In honor of her baby's first birthday, Tori took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute to her son and to share his 12th monthly update on his progress.
"It was exactly one year ago today at 8:00 a.m. that this perfect 9 pound, 1 ounce, 20.5 inch long baby entered our lives and changed it for the better," the 27-year-old wrote on Instagram. "This year has brought nothing but joy to our family and it’s all because of this guy right here. Taking this photo made me so emotional because it’s the last time I’ll set him down on this blanket to take his photo. The first of many things I have to let go of. My baby some how has turned into a little boy before our eyes and I have loved watching him grow."
Tori explained that Jackson has really started to develop his own personality, which happens to be a cute little "hilarious" jokester. The strong little boy can now pull himself up and stand on his feet if he's holding onto something, which means that he'll be taking his first steps very soon. Little Jackson is also a daddy's boy and if Zach isn't paying attention to him, baby J will yell at him from across the room. How cute!
Another development in Jackson's growth progress is that he can clap and he loves to do it — but he loves it even more when people clap along with him. He's also growing to be more independent, as he recently spent his first full day without his mom or dad around. At one year old, Jackson — who was born with achondroplasia — weighs 21 pounds and already has eight teeth. "I love you so much bud. This year has gone by way too fast," Tori concluded. "You bring me such happiness and you have spoiled me as your mom. Happy birthday Jackson!"
