It‘s a wrap for Teresa and Joe Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey exes finalized their divorce after over 20 years of marriage, In Touch can confirm, and they put their sprawling New Jersey home up for sale.

People was the first to break the news about the divorce finalization. “Joe and Teresa are in an amazing place and are very supportive of one another,” a source told the outlet about how they are getting along post-split. “They still have love for each other, they just aren’t in love with each other.”

Amid this development, it was revealed the mansion Teresa, 48, and Joe, 48, once shared will hit the market on Thursday, September 2, with an asking rate of $2.5 million.

The property has a lot of memories for the former flames, considering Teresa and Joe lived there while raising daughters Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 14, Audriana, 11. The six-bedroom abode sits on four acres of land and “perfectly encaptures luxury living,” according to the press release obtained by Page Six

“The gourmet kitchen features a massive granite island and butler’s pantry; a banquet-sized formal dining room and a private wine cellar are within close proximity,” reads the release. “The first floor also includes an expansive two-story great room with soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace.”

Teresa and Joe were previously childhood sweethearts and they tied the knot in October 1999. Their marriage was rocked in 2013 when they were indicted on mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud charges. They were convicted on October 2, 2014, and each served time — Teresa served 11 months before being released in December 2015, and Joe served 41 months before his release in March 2019.

Because he was not a United States citizen, Joe was immediately transferred into an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement [ICE] detention center to await deportation after his prison stint. He remained in ICE custody for seven months before he was allowed to return to his native country of Italy.

Nowadays, Joe is adjusting to his new living arrangements, following his release from ICE custody in October 2019.

While the distance is impacting all of his daughters, Milania “is the ultimate daddy’s girl,” an insider previously told In Touch, so it’s been extra tough on her.

“Being separated from Joe hasn’t been easy,” the source said. “They may be miles apart, but Milania and Joe will always be close. She’s one of his biggest defenders so don’t even try talking any smack about her dad because she’ll let you have it,” the insider shared about their close bond in February. “She has so much confidence and she credits her dad for letting her be herself.”
