Reports Claim Rob Kardashian Hasn’t Been Spotted in Public in Over 800 Days: ‘No One Ever Sees Him’
Is Rob Kardashian OK? Though the Kardashian family’s only son has hidden from the public eye in the past, it seems his status as a recluse has become more serious than ever. According to a new Radar Online report, the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star hasn’t been seen in public in 835 days. On top of that, a source spilled to the outlet that he’s become more of a hermit than ever.
“No one ever sees him,” the insider claimed. “He just hangs out at his house all the time.” Though his social media accounts are active, it’s not clear whether he’s consistently the one behind them. His thirsty tweets suggest that he’s responsible for at least some of his online behavior, but on Instagram, his bio explicitly states that he doesn’t have access to post anything, claiming instead that the “account [is] managed by Jenner Communications.”
Radar reports that the last time Rob was seen out was in June 2017. Since then, he’s skipped all kinds of family celebrations and events, including the opening of UCLA’s Robert G. Kardashian Center for Esophageal Health in Los Angeles on April 16, which was named for his father. Though he posted that he was “proud” on social media, fans dragged him for not showing up. “An internet post won’t make up for you not being there,” one wrote. “Miss your face. Show your support,” suggested another.
This behavior is hardly new, however. Earlier this year, another insider told Radar that Rob has repeatedly battled with wanting to return to living his life in the limelight only to decide to stay home once more. “Rob keeps going through the same pattern of wanting to stop hiding, but then he becomes a complete recluse all over again,” they said. “His family loves him, but, at this point, they’re at a loss over what to do.”
At least he’s still got his online romance with Natti Natasha. In June, the flirtation caught big sister Khloé Kardashian by surprise. “Rob, what’s going on here?!?! Who is this girl?” she asked on Twitter. No matter what, though, Koko will always have his back. When he jokingly responded, “Do I know you?” before telling his sibling to “slow herself down,” she headed over to his house to hash it out for herself — or maybe just kick back and watch the Dodgers game.
