Pauly D Shows Off Gel-Free Hairstyle: See the Shirtless Photo

Au naturale! Pauly “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio showed off his gel-free hair in a new selfie and fans can’t believe their eyes.

The 38-year-old shared a shirtless picture of himself in the sun on Wednesday, June 12. “Haters Will Say It’s Sweat, No Gel, Beard, Chest Hair, Outside,” the Jersey Shore star captioned the post with a smiley emoji. The handsome hunk also sported a headband to keep his long hair out of his face.

Of course, fans immediately flooded the comments section and encouraged the MTV personality to try out this look more often. One person wrote, “You look so good with your hair like this!” while another echoed, “Honestly, your hair looks better without all that crap in it.” A third chimed in, writing, “I dig the no gel look.”

The Rhode Island native spends a lot of time perfecting his hairstyle, which he calls the “blowout.” In an old clip of Jersey Shore, Pauly spoke about his head of hair and how it can withstand anything, basically. “My hair is windproof, waterproof, soccer proof, motorcycle proof. I am not sure if my hair is bulletproof, I am not willing to try that,” he said while laughing.

However, this isn’t the only time the dad of one was spotted with no product in his hair. In 2010, Pauly dressed up as Justin Bieber with his hair matted down. “I’ll go out with a hat on, but as far as going out in public with no product in my hair, I bet it’s been 10 years since I’ve done that,” the DJ told People at the time. “It’s driving me crazy. I never go out in public without product in my hair. It’s fun, though.”

Well, hopefully, the ladies from his show Double Shot at Love With DJ Pauly D & Vinny find him attractive — with or without hair gel. His bestie and costar Vinny Guadagnino are staying mum on whether either of them found love or not. “People are invested, and they get more invested every week,” Vinny, 31, told In Touch exclusively. “They’re like, ‘You should pick this person! You should pick this person! Why did you let this person go? I’m like, ‘We were just filming it! Don’t yell at us!’”
