Nipsey is survived by his loving girlfriend of five years, Lauren London, and his two children. The rapper shared a two-year-old son named Kross with the actress, and also had a daughter named Emani from a previous relationship. Lauren is also proud mother to a son named Cameron, by rapper Lil Wayne, making up their beautiful blended family.

Nipsey was last photographed sitting courtside in Anaheim for a March Madness basketball game. Before his tragic death at the young age of 33, he took to Twitter with an eerie message that many people have taken notice of. “Having strong enemies is a blessing,” he wrote.

Nipsey was scheduled to speak to police about combatting gang violence, but was tragically shot before the meeting. Police are currently still investigating the case. “The suspect in the shooting is described as a male black and LAPD South Bureau Homicide is conducting an investigation to locate him and anyone else involved,” the LAPD’s official Twitter page wrote in an update. Several fans and friends have since shared their condolences for the beloved rapper.
