Things have been tough for Miley Cyrus despite her blossoming career.

In Touch has exclusively learned that the former Disney star, 24, is struggling to conceive a baby with her on-again fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, 27.

“She has been doing everything right,” says a source. “She’s sober, has been eating really well, she’s drinking lots of water and having lots of sex. But there’s still no baby.”

The insider adds The Hunger Games star is also worried about the issue but tries to act supportive in front of his wife-to-be.

“He reminds her almost every day that they’ll be blessed with a baby when the time is right.”

Miley has been making it clear that her hard partying ways are behind her — and recently told Billboard that she gave up smoking marijuana.

“I like to surround myself with people that make me want to get better, more evolved, open. And I was noticing, it’s not the people that are stoned. I want to be super clear and sharp because I know exactly where I want to be,” the “Malibu” singer told the publication earlier this month.

It also does not sound like these two are in a rush to walk down the aisle anytime soon, as Tish Cyrus revealed back in March that she would help with wedding planning “if” they get married.

The Last Song co-stars reunited in December 2015 after calling off their engagement two years prior. It appears as though the entire Cyrus family was stoked to see them give it another shot.

“I love that she and Liam are so happy right now. Happy is hard to find. So if you’re in a good spot, woo! Bam! And Miley knows that,” her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, previously told In Touch. “Seeing her happy is the greatest thing ever.”
