Pregnant Mackenzie Standifer and Ryan Edwards Pack on PDA Proving They’re Still Going Strong
Has time healed all wounds? Love is still in the air for Mackenzie Standifer and Ryan Edwards, and the expecting couple very much proved it with their PDA. The Teen Mom OG star shared an affectionate snap on her Stories — putting an end to those swirling split rumors.
In the photo, Ryan can be seen sweetly planting a kiss on his wife as they soaked up the gorgeous weather outdoors. “Family ? It means everything ?,” Mackenzie captioned another pic with their loved ones. Fans were suprised to get an update, because after the couple announced they were having their first child together during an episode of Teen Mom OG, Mackenzie went MIA on social media. And she recently made her triumphant return.
Mackenzie and Ryan Edwards.
“Happiness is homemade,” Mackenzie wrote alongside her baby bump pic. “She is due Oct. 16 and they are having a boy,” a source told Radar Online, while revealing Jagger is the top choice for their bundle of joy’s name. Sadly, several fans are worried about Ryan taking on the responsibility of another child, since he’s been struggling with a heroin addiction. In addition, he was recently arrested for possession following his stint in rehab, and then he was reportedly caught flirting with girls on Tinder after breaking the baby news.
As viewers saw on last season of TMOG, Ryan returned from a short rehab stint to deal with his drug addiction and they were discussing their plans for the future, including whether or not they should have a child now. Ryan talked about his dreams of going back to college while Mackenzie was eager to go to school for nursing. He was obviously very concerned about becoming a father for the second time when he said: “I think we just need to separate for nine months.” However, it looks like they’ve managed to work things out!
