There may be another baby on the way for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick!
After In Touch previously reported the couple was secretly hooking up, a source exclusively revealed to the mag a new addition may join the brood sooner than later.

“They aren’t using protection,” the source revealed about the couple’s hookups, adding the possibility of baby No. 4 is a “real possibility.”
The couple, who split last year, share children Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1. The family is currently enjoying a family vacation in Florida, so a possible reconciliation may be in the works, too.
