The reality star stepped out with a very plump pout, which raised the question: Did Mrs. Kardashian-West get lip injections?

Back in August, the then-pregnant 35-year-old denied getting plastic surgery, calling her overly plump lips, “pregnancy lips.”

As In Touch previously reported, Kim responded to the temporary lip filler rumor saying, “Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller and my lips swell up.”
