Doing it for the kids! Ex-couple Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, who only officially finalized their divorce this year, reunited to attend their children’s soccer game on May 5. The couple was married just about 10 years ago in 2009. But Hank got involved in an alleged cheating scandal in 2014, and that was apparently the last straw for Kendra.

In February, she shared an update about her well-being. “The depression is gone finally,” Kendra wrote on Instagram. “Back in the light and feels good. I’m living a whole new life, very different but the kids and I are bonding more than ever. Have had to work extra hard to find stable grounds but we did it and back enjoying life again. Sometimes things happen for a reason.”

Before that, the Kendra on Top star shared a pic with Hank on Instagram and captioned it, “Today is the last day of my marriage to this beautiful man. I will forever love Hank and be open but for now, we have chosen to go our own ways.”

No More Forever

She continued, “I’m beyond sad and heartbroken because I did believe in forever, that’s why I said yes but unfortunately too much fear has gotten in the way. We are both amazing parents and our kids will be happy [and] never know the difference other than seeing mama smile.” And if these photos are any indication, Kendra and Hank are sticking to the goal of making sure their kids are happy, first and foremost.

It’s good that the two exes can come together to be there for their kids because not all parents work that hard at it. We wish Kendra good luck in the future when it comes to navigating this difficult road.
