OMGCourt Tells Kendall Jenner’s Stalker To GTFO Of Her Life… For Five Years, At Least
Victory is hers! Anyone who watches Keeping Up With The Kardashians knows Kendall Jenner has been having stalker problems for a longgg time now. But it looks like Kenny is finally going to get the last word.
As reported by The Blast, Kendall’s stalker, a Canadian man by the name of John Ford, was reportedly told in court recently that he must keep 100 yards or more away from the model at all times. For five whole years. He is also not allowed anywhere near her house, or to have any contact with her, direct or indirect. Looks like even tweeting might be a violation of the sentence, dude, so stay out of Ken’s DMs too!
The judge reportedly said that the case was “a true stalking case” and a “scary situation.” You can say that again! The publication also reported, via court documents in mid-October, that Kendall’s stalker was hit with eight different counts of trespassing on her property. He was arrested two separate times, and broke an initial criminal order keeping him 1000 feet away from her property. He was even facing a deportation order back to Canada because of the incidents.
After he was indicted on trespassing in October, Kendall took matters into her own hands and reportedly filed for a civil restraining order against her Canadian stalker, which has turned into this positive ruling for the model. Kendall has both spoken on KUWTK and made public statements about her stalker situation in the past, citing that she didn’t feel safe knowing the man kept coming back to her house. Duh, of course not!
Luckily for Kenny, the judge’s sentence will allow her to breathe easy for the foreseeable future. But once a rule breaker, always a rule breaker, right? Let’s hope Kendall’s stalker doesn’t make his way back into her orbit any time soon.
