It’s a wrap! Kendall Jenner is reportedly pulling the plug on her role in Keeping Up With the Kardashians — the reality show that skyrocketed her and her family to fame. A source told Radar Online, “She’s been winding down her commitments for the show and exploring other options, in TV as well as modeling.”

While Kendall is super excited about this newfound freedom and the ability to be “in charge of her own image,” momager Kris Jenner is allegedly not so happy about it. The source said, “If Kris had her way the whole family would be filmed 24/7, but she respects they need privacy and has gone easy on Kendall since her modeling career took off.”

This isn’t the first time Kendall has been rumored to be leaving the show, either. In 2011, Hollywood Life reported that the supermodel was, “going to limit the amount of appearances because she wants to be known more as a model than a reality star.”

Now, she reportedly wants “to be phased out [of the show] as soon as possible.” The source continued, “She knows people look at her and snicker because of her family and it bugs her. Kendall adores her family but figures it’s death by association if she’s not careful. She wants to get out of LA, too, and plans to divide her time between NYC and Paris.”

Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered on Oct. 14, 2007, when Kendall was just 12 years old. While growing up in this reality television spotlight has enabled her to pursue a career in modeling, it has also created serious issues in terms of coping with her anxiety. In 2016, a source exclusively told In Touch, “She’s been having sleepless nights, panic attacks and she’s barely eating because she has no appetite. Doctors have warned her that she needs to take some time off and possibly go to rehab for treatment to get this under control, but she’s refusing.”
