Javi Marroquin Spills Secrets About His and Kailyn Lowry's Tell-All

We are FINALLY going to get both sides of this story! In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin — who can currently be seen on We TV’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars alongside his ex-wife, Kailyn Lowry — shared some secrets behind their upcoming book, He Said, She Said.

“Me and Kailyn are working on a book together. I was writing my book and obviously, out of respect for Kailyn, I wanted her to read it so she wasn’t blindsided and as she was reading it, she obviously wasn’t happy. She thought, ‘That’s not what happened.’ She saw it differently, so I was like, ‘Why don’t you, how I’m doing my tell-all, you tell your tell-all,'” he said during an exclusive Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars viewing party at The Attic Rooftop and Lounge in NYC on Thursday.

“Naturally, the divorce divided fans and readers so you have Team Javi and Team Kail. So I said, ‘Let’s just roll with that.’ [Fans] can read both books, and whoever is going to believe who, that’s the truth. This is how I took it and this is how [she] took it,” he continued.

“The only thing we’re working on together — I don’t want people to think we’re working on a book together, because you’re not gonna get the real thing. My book is done, my book has been done. The only thing we’re working on is making sure the timelines add up, so as we talk about certain situations, we want to make sure it’s the same chapter, same time, so readers aren’t getting confused.”
