Jordan Craig Says Tristan Thompson Paid Her $112k to Stay Single While He Was With Khloé Kardashian
If you thought Tristan Thompson was messy after that cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods, his ex Jordan Craig is here to shine a light on some even crazier drama. According to her, her NBA playing baby daddy paid her a sum total of $112,000 not to date or see other men while he was in a relationship with Khloé Kardashian. Court documents obtained by Radar Online from the couple’s January 2019 child support case show the model’s claims that Prince’s dad “bribed” her to stay single.
The allegation came out when the attorney that Tristan, 28, hired asked Jordan, 27, why his client had given her $112k. The payment was made shortly after she bought a home in Los Angeles in November 2017 and months after the Cleveland Cavaliers player started seeing Khloé. “Well, if we really want to put this on here, that was part of a bribe,” Jordan answered according to the documents. “[Tristan said] that he would help me if I wasn’t, like, dating anybody or talking to anybody, and that I would have to come see him,” she explained.
However, the basketball star contested that explanation. He claimed that he wasn’t trying to use financial leverage to control his ex’s dating life. Instead, he said he simply wanted to ensure that his son’s mom would not “have random men around [his] child.” But this claim is only one of a few where Jordan alleged that Tristan had used his position in her family to influence her dating life. According to previous court documents obtained by Radar, she also accused him of visiting with her and their son in an attempt to reignite their romantic relationship.
“Tristan began requesting to FaceTime with Prince and even began to have Prince and I visit him while he was on the road traveling during the season so that he could spend more time with Prince,” she said. “This was short lived. Tristan and I remained friends for months, however, he eventually made it clear that he did not want me to ‘see’ or date anyone. I could not agree to this. It became clear to me that his interest was never in Prince when I told him I no longer wanted this type of friendship with him, and he became completely absent in Prince’s life.”
Recently, transcripts and affidavits from this court case have been making all kinds of waves, including forcing Khloé to confront claims that she stole Tristan and started dating him while he was still with Jordan. The model claimed that her ex’s new and very public relationship put “stress” on her pregnancy and forced her onto bed rest, but Khloé went to great lengths to demonstrate that the NBA player had “proven” to her that he was single at the time. “He pleaded with me that the relationship was over long before we met,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said. “He showed me physical proof. … I pray my truth is in-fact [the truth]. … Now, I really don’t know what to believe.”
