Oh, dear. Jill Duggar took to Instagram on Sunday, Oct. 8, to a share a photo of her husband, Derick Dillard, hanging out with their two sons, Isaac, 2, and three-month-old Samuel. While the pic was super-cute, many of the Counting On starlet’s followers couldn’t help but express their concern over Israel’s positioning.

In the snap, little Israel is sitting between Derick’s legs as his father holds baby Samuel over his shoulder. “@derickdillard you are the best papa in the whole world!!!,” Jill, 26, captioned the ‘gram. But fans begged to differ. To see what they had to say about the eyebrow-raising image, check out the video below!

This isn’t the first time Jill and Derick have been checked by the parenting police. Last month, fans were infuriated when the reality TV duo decided to use a tortilla as a hat for their infant, Samuel. The pair inexplicably decided to adorn their baby’s head with a tortilla during a fun farm adventure. And it wasn’t long before Jill and Derick were made aware of their odd parenting choice.

“Ummmm…a hat probably would’ve been a better choice for him not to burn,” one indignant fan wrote, while another asked, “No bonnet on a baby’s head? Do parents not do this anymore?” And another quipped, “Of course an experienced mother wouldn’t bother with a hat, just put on a tortilla to block the sun.”

Of course, Jill and Derick are no strangers to controversy. Prior to Samuel’s tortilla hat fiasco, Derick found himself in the crossfire of angry fans when he decided to take aim at fellow TLC star and transgender teen Jazz Jennings via Twitter in August. “What an oxymoron… a ‘reality’ show which follows a non-reality,” he wrote of Jazz’s show, I Am Jazz. As if that weren’t enough, he added, “‘Transgender’ is a myth. Gender is not fluid; it’s ordained by God.”
