Jill Duggar Slammed for Leaving Her 6-Month-Old Son on A “Dirty” Carpet
Another day, another Jill Duggar controversy! The former Counting On star is receiving backlash online after she left her youngest son, Samuel, 6 months, on the “dirty” carpet. “That face tho! Bizarrely enough, this isn’t the first time the mother-of-two and her (awful) hubby, Derick Dillard, have been slammed for leaving their son on the floor. Back in November, the duo was trolled by fans after a photo surfaced of Samuel on the floor while they ate Thanksgiving dinner.
“Jill enjoys procreating, but once the baby is born, she’s not interested in the least in the actual parenting,” one person wrote. Another parenting pro added, “How about a carrier or swing — something besides the dirty floor? I would have never done that to either of my children.”
Unfortunately, the couple is no stranger to controversy. Most recently, people accused them of using the GoFundMe money they raised for a new mission on a date. “Did y’all pay for that with your GoFundMe money?” one person wrote in the comments’ section. Another added, “These people supposedly have money from the show, so why start a GoFundMe page?” A third quipped, “Are you sure you should be eating out? A homosexual may have made the sundae or own the restaurant.”
If you recall, Derick was fired from TLC in November for his unwarranted comments about fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings. “We want to let our viewers know that Derick Dillard has not participated in Counting On for months and the network has no plans to feature him in the future,” TLC wrote in a statement at the time. “We want to reiterate that Derick’s personal statements do not reflect the views of the network. TLC is proud to share the story of Jazz Jennings and her family and will continue to do so.” Yikes — no wonder they were ranked the worst celebrity couple of 2017!
